Getting started
What does ConsultSuite cost?
Prescription Suite setup starts from $2,450 + GST for Skin Prescription, $2,950 + GST for Face Prescription or $3,750 + GST for both. Plans are $29, $49 or $99 + GST per month, depending on how many clinicians need a seat. They are month to month with 30 days’ notice, and prescriptions are unlimited on every plan. Booking Concierge is $990 + GST to set up, then $29 + GST per month. Pricing is indicative until your clinic’s configuration is confirmed.

Prescription Suite takes two to three weeks from the time you go ahead. Booking Concierge takes one to two weeks, or can launch the same day for an additional $250 + GST.
Can we start with one product?
Yes. Skin Prescription and Face Prescription work separately or together, with one login and a shared patient record. Booking Concierge runs separately from the prescription tools. It hands the patient to your booking platform, where the booking is made.
Will it look like our clinic?
Yes. We configure your logo, colours, catalogue, treatment menu and approved service wording. The patient-facing experience carries your clinic’s brand.

ConsultSuite is made by Stoneglow Digital, a Brisbane studio that specialises in nurse-led and AHPRA-regulated health practices. We configure the software, onboard your team, host it and provide ongoing support.
Skin Prescription and Face Prescription
How do patients receive their plan?
You can email the plan to the patient, print it on A4 or A5, or save it as a branded PDF.

Owners can change prices, frequency and quantities themselves. We add or remove products and services for you, and that’s included in the monthly plan.
How many products can Skin Prescription hold?
Skin Prescription is configured around up to 60 of your clinic’s products, each with its photograph, amount and directions.
How many clinicians can use it?
It depends on the plan. Essential includes 1 clinician seat, Clinic includes 4 clinician seats, Clinic + includes 12 clinician seats.
Where are plans saved?
Each plan is saved to the clinic’s searchable patient record, so it can be reopened at the next visit. Patient records are stored in Australia.
Booking Concierge
Do we need to change booking systems?
No. Booking Concierge opens the selected service in your existing booking platform. It’s live with Timely, and we check how your current platform handles service links before setup.
What if a patient’s words fit more than one consultation?
Each matching consultation is shown with its own description, and the patient chooses the one that suits them. Patients can also skip straight to the booking calendar.
What happens to the words a patient types?
They are sent to Stoneglow Digital’s server for matching and used to choose an appointment and for nothing else. They are not shown back to the patient or stored.
How does Booking Concierge fit the advertising rules?
It shows only consultation names and descriptions your clinic approves before launch, so your public menu can stay concern-led. Your clinic approves every word patients see and stays responsible for its own advertising.
Patient information and privacy
Where is patient information stored?
All patient information is stored in Australia, which supports your obligations under the Australian Privacy Principles. Staff sign in with an emailed code and an authenticator app, and records are backed up in encrypted form.
